About Me
Professional Master's Student in Machine Learning and AI Enthusiast
I am a master’s student in the professional program in machine learning at Mila – Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, in partnership with the Université de Montréal. I am particularly interested in practical applications of AI that help solve real-world problems or optimize underperforming processes. What sets me apart is my intrinsic need for efficient and optimized systems to feel truly satisfied. My main strengths are perseverance, patience, fast learning, and a broad understanding of complex issues. I thrive in environments where strategic thinking and balanced pressure management are key to success.

Professionally, I currently work as a an AI and Cloud Solutions Web Advisor at Voyages en Direct, a small-to-medium enterprise that brings together over 125 travel agencies. I am responsible for exploring AI initiatives and identifying specialized external partners, while also contributing to the deployment of agency websites. Previously, I worked at Desjardins as a Data Engineering Advisor, and at the Office québécois de la langue française as a System Lead. There, I contributed to the development of an automated extraction tool for detecting tables and fields used in SAS code, as well as to the creation of Power BI dashboards powered by my own SQL queries. From these experiences, the most valuable lesson I’ve learned is the importance of communication, especially the ability to translate technical challenges for both internal and external clients, and to uphold transparency and honesty with management.

Outside of work and academics, I enjoy playing competitive badminton, which helps me stay active and balanced. This sport has taught me the importance of strategy, focus, and teamwork, qualities that I bring into every aspect of my life.
